There are moments when the rhythm is no longer entertainment, but invocation. Dalek Sessions #17 emerged from such a space. The need to return to the inner drum. It had been building for weeks. Then, on a warm midsummer day in Berlin, under a sky glowing with static potential, the gate opened.

This session runs 160 minutes deep – 49 tracks selected to transmit. Each was chosen not for name or hype, but for its charge. These are the tracks that carried current. Basslines that knew how to drag. Patterns that twisted inside the cortex. Textures that felt like who knows… I followed that thing. The core of the mix leans into tribal minimalism and elemental groove – Techno as architecture. Sonic structures you can walk inside. There are no big drops. Just continuous forward pressure, punctuated by resonant collapse. Every shift is a hinge between micro-worlds. I found myself orbiting themes: fractured identity, repetition as mantra, the slow mutation of meaning under rhythm. Some tracks flirt with tech-house heat, others fall into shadowy tunnels of delay and decay. Yet even in the darker zones, there’s clarity – a clean pulse in the fog. The tribal elements ground it all in body. There were moments I forgot I was mixing. Time thinned. I became observer. A tuning fork. Somewhere between ritual and recursion, something was speaking. Maybe to you, too.
