Secret Locations #08 is a redefinition of my sound and vision. Anchored in Berlin, this mix blends the hypnotic, raw energy of techno with deeply personal moments, highlighting a pivotal evolution in my craft. At the heart of this mix is the Pounds & Pénz (Walshbass Remix), a reimagined version of my 1999 classic. Originally crafted in 2019 but remixed for this release, it combines its signature bass-driven energy with a darker, hypnotic edge that speaks to today’s techno landscape. Complementing this are two standout productions: “Freakin’ Mother Father Remix” (2024) and “Sexterminated“, the title track from an album that was never completed but remains a defining expression of my artistic journey. Every track in this mix has its place. As the mix progresses, it culminates with “Diskrepanz“, a 15-minute closing piece that embodies raw emotion – moving from moments of dissonance and pain to a haunting sadness that lingers long after the music fades.
This mix enriched by unreleased tracks, highlights from artists such as UMA Soundsystem, Stef Mendesidis, and Alarico, and the careful weaving of new sounds with timeless energy.
