it was the time in year 2000 as i was resident in the berliner excess club (before the location of turbine, kitkat) in berlins kreuzberg. i just created the wet&hard sound that moments and this tracks was big inspirations for me in my sets. selected from the most similar sounds on the market i found them to be enough wet&hard and mixed them with my own productions into this album. with mark reeder we called these type of artwork HOTKUNST so we titled it the same as well.
