A Night to Remember

In 2018, I had the honor of playing at the KitKat Club in Berlin for a very special event: Garten der Lüste meets Carneball Bizarre. This wasn’t just another DJ set; it was a night filled with emotion, nostalgia, and purpose. This party series was dedicated to the memory of Patrice, a dear friend and a visionary behind the original Pornoground events, where my career as a DJ truly began. Patrice passed away in 2013, but his legacy lives on through these events, held annually in collaboration with the Garten der Lüste and KitKat Club.

Patrice had a deep connection to Africa, where he reunited with his father after many years and began working on building a hospital in his village in Ghana. Tragically, he passed away from a stroke before he could complete the project. Since then, all proceeds from these events have supported his dream, keeping his vision alive. From 2013 to 2018, I played at these events every year, donating my fees to Patrice’s cause. This final set in 2018 was particularly special—seeing so many familiar faces and feeling the vibrant energy of the crowd made it a night I’ll never forget. This live mix reflects the spirit of the night: a blend of Techno, Tech House, and my signature Wet&Hard sound. The atmosphere was energetic, with every track capturing the intensity, emotion, and sense of community that defined the event.

Playing for Patrice’s legacy has been one of the most meaningful parts of my journey as a DJ. This set is a tribute to friendship, vision, and the power of community.
